Copy or Clone a workflow
Is it possible to copy a workflow into a new sheet. I have to manually re-create 12 workflows over and over through out the year. Is there a way to copy instead?

Hi,
When you take an existing sheet and "Save as New", you have the options to change the title, folder it is saved in, Sharing Options, Automated Workflow & Alert Options and Data & Formatting Options.
To save the workflows, click on Automated Workflow & Alert options, then make sure "Automated Workflows & Alerts" is checked. You can also checkmark "Include recipients and permissions settings" to ensure who receives the workflows doesn't change. Below that, you also have the option to Preserve the destination for workflows that copy or move rows.
If you want to reuse the sheet but not keep the comments, attachments, etc., be sure to open "Data & Formatting Options) and uncheck anything you do not want to bring over on the new saved sheet.
Having a template that you "save as new" from, is definitely the easiest way to go, especially if you are using the same general formats repeatedly.

I wish Smartsheet will add Global Update for Workflows from Control Center. Currently I have to manually add already provisioned projects - which takes up a lot of manual hours and I can't use the "Save as New" as resolution since it's part of the blueprint. 😥😣

I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Amanda's excellent advice/answer.
Unfortunately, it's not possible now to copy from one sheet to another, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
I hope that helps!

Unfortunately the sheet is already created by someone else and it is connected to Power BI. It is used for overflow when the previous sheet is full. Unfortunately I don't have the option to save as new. Is this the only way?
