DocuSign Integration Issue
I have an issue with the DocuSign integration , it will not generate any documents for processing on multiple reports. "error has occured" is the only response i receive, i cannot log into the document editor on smartsheet either to see if links have been broken in any way.

The error you're receiving is a little to broad to know what may be causing the issue without seeing your sheets and DocuSign set up.
I checked in with Support and it looks like you're already in contact with them, setting up time to go through a screen share. This will be the best avenue to troubleshoot as you can share information with them directly via private channel.
