Data Shuttle - Changing my 100% to 1%
Hello!
I've created a workflow using Data Shuttle to take values from a Excel sheet and import them into my Smartsheet. I am running into an issue with any cell having a value of 100%, as they are getting inserted into Smartsheet as a 1%. All other percentages come through just fine, including with the 2 decimal point increase.
Any idea's what I need to do, in order to have these come through as the 100% they show in the Excel sheet?

Showing the headings may be helpful... I at least removed formatting so they aren't in red.
I've tried changing the data type in my Excel sheet to Number, Text, General, and Percentage. I have even tried using an Expression in my workflow =IF([Last Month CSAT]@row = "1", "100") but nothing has worked yet.

Can you copy some of the excel data and paste it into a text editor, like notepad? Do the numbers appear as expected? I just want to foreclose the possibility that the problem is in Excel.

I took the following cells with numerical data from Excel:
This is how they pasted into notepad:

Hi @bonzemail ,
How about turning the excel data into decimal numbers (1.00, 0.947, 0.981, 0.960, etc.). When using Data Shuttle the columns mapped from excel (decimal format) into Smartsheet (percent format) should translate correctly. You can also try converting the Excel file into a CSV file for troubleshooting and see how the numbers look in the CSV format.

I just began having this issue today and I need it fixed. It looks like new % updates of 100% or more are coming in at 1% and 1.2% etc.

Did anyone find a fix for this.. I have the issue where in the .csv file I have 100% but when imported into SS it converts to 10,000%.
The only way I found to fix is to change the .csv column from % to number, but this is an additional pain point.
How do you use Input expression? =[% Complete]@row * .01 does nothing

I could also use some help here. Some of my data is coming in as 100%, some is coming in as 1%. Everything is working as intended in excel, copying to notepad brings in the correct results. Formulas for the two situations are exactly the same (except with cell references)

Same issue here. 1.00 being treated as 1%. Definitely a bug that needs addressing.

We're running into this issue as well. Was there any resolution or response from Smartsheet to anyone?
-
No response that I have had work so far.

Has anyone one seen an update on this? Just did this today, and it is still a problem, almost a full year later.
**Nevermind I found another thread that was talking about the same thing.***
