Calendar App in Dashboard - removing header with links to calendar app list

When embedding a Calendar App in a dashboard (web content widget), it brings in the entire page view. Because of this, the user can follow the links in the header portion, such as help, or by clicking on the "calendar" text, they can go the the homepage listing all available calendars. They can also change views, filters, etc... Is there a way to limit the behavior so that users can only navigate the calendar in its default setting (scroll through months/weeks), but not click OUT of the calendar by accident?
