WorkApps is very sluggish...anyone else experiencing this? or have tips to mitigate?

We built our first Work App. it's a very simple PMO app. small data sets. nothing complicated. the load times on simple sheets and reports could be 5 seconds or more. some times it gets hung up completely. any advice?

No, I haven't had any issues, and I haven't heard anything from my clients either.

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and if you haven't already, I recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

Yes- having the same issue- I am also interested in a solution- those proposed above did not correct the issue

This is still an ongoing issue. I noticed it's only a real problem when the WorkApp is driven by Control Center. It's so slow, it's unusable.
