How to change the format of reminder notifications

Hello Smartsheet community,

I am trying to find out if it is possible to change the format of how my reminder notifications look when received by another person. They do not look like emails, so sometimes my notifications or reminders may be mistaken as SPAM. To prevent that I was hoping there is a way to make my messages look more like an email versus a boxed in message. Is this possible in smartsheets? I notice some notifications do look better than others, why is that? Could it be based off the size of the context? Meaning if there is allot to say in my template emails, then it would look like an email, but if there is maybe 2-3 sentences, it keeps the presentation smaller and contained in a box? I hope this all makes sense, i am trying to describe this the best way i can. Here is an example of what I am referring too. I would like to make reminder notification look more like an email versus a boxed in group of words. PLEASE HELP! :(

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• 3rd-party integration that you could use to send the emails instead
• Try adding some text in the header or at the top of the message that clarifies that it isn't spam or something similar.

Would any of those options help/work?

@Andrée Starå Would you be able to recommend any 3rd party applications that can integrate with smartsheet that maybe I can create a template email, but the email can pull unique data from a smartsheet spreadsheet so when the email gets sent it looks more like a professional email versus a spam email from Smartsheet. Hope that make sense. I've looked everywhere and i am so lost.

The one used recently with a client was Zapier, but you can probably also do it with Power Automate or another similar service.
