Use Smartsheet instead of email correspondence
We've been using email to submit and correspond RFI's to our Architects. This has proven to be a nightmare. Is there any way that I could use Smartsheet for this back and forth correspondence capture? I've created a RFI form that can be submitted to the Architect for approval or additional comments, however, when they reply to the form the conversation ends. How can I continue capturing back and fort comments associated with the same initial RFI form?
