I am Melissa from Knoxville, TN. I work in IT Project Management. I am new to Smartsheet as I just changed roles a few months ago. I love it! In my previous position, a consultant had tried to utilize it on a project, but clearly didn't know how to use it effectively. I know I am only scratching the surface and can't wait to learn more.
