How to pull resource data from a Resource Mgmt project

Hello,

We use Resource Management and are expanding to also use Smartsheet. We have a Resource Management project where everyone logs their vacations. I am working from the staff management template in Smartsheet. I can see the Resource Management panel for the project. How can I populate a sheet with that data instead of re-entering? For example, I will be on PTO from July 11-15. That's recorded in Resource Management (and I'm an admin in Smartsheet). What do I do next?

If you'd like to connect a particular Resource Management project with a Smartsheet to keep track of assignments with resources, start and finish dates, allocation etc. you would first need to authorize Smartsheet and Resource Management accounts and then connect the Resource Management project with the relevant Smartsheet.

I hope that this can offer some insight on what you are trying to achieve. If you run into specific technical difficulties when connecting Smartsheet and Resource Management accounts, I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support team via this form.
