Export to Microsoft Project
Hi All,
I'm trying to export a Smartsheet project to MS Project (I have MS Project on my computer). I followed the instructions which are straight forward. However, after selecting "Export to Microsoft Project (XML)", a Downloads box appears and it states "Couldn't Download - Blocked".
Is this something within Smartsheet's settings I need to change or are there other settings that have to be changed on the computer?
Thanks

I hope you're well and safe!
That sounds like it could be something local on your computer or network.
Could you share a screenshot of the error?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Here are some ways to enable XML downloads on Microsoft Edge:
Set Microsoft Edge as the default app for opening XML files
Click the Start button
Click Settings
Select Apps
Select Default apps
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Choose default apps by file type
Scroll down to the .xml file type in the first column
Click in the second column
Select Microsoft Edge from the list
Use the command-line flag
Use the following command-line flag: >C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --allow-file-access-from-files C:\Users\Test\AppData\Local\HCL\Notes\Data\workspace\logs\error-log-1.xml
Provide the correct path of the workspace\log folder and file name
All Edge instances must be closed for the changes to take effect
Enable insecure content
Click Microsoft Edge in the menu bar, then Settings
Click Cookies and Site Permissions
Scroll to Insecure content
Click Insecure content, then click Add next to Allow
Add the site on which to allow insecure content, then click Add
