Export to Microsoft Project

Hi All,

I'm trying to export a Smartsheet project to MS Project (I have MS Project on my computer). I followed the instructions which are straight forward. However, after selecting "Export to Microsoft Project (XML)", a Downloads box appears and it states "Couldn't Download - Blocked".

Is this something within Smartsheet's settings I need to change or are there other settings that have to be changed on the computer?

Thanks

    Hi @Malcolm Young

I hope you're well and safe!

That sounds like it could be something local on your computer or network.

Could you share a screenshot of the error?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
