Shared Filters

Hello. I have Editor-Can Share access to a Smartsheet outside my organization. When I create filters, there is no box to check so that I can share it. I can see the filter. But the owner of the sheet cannot. I have attached my Create New Filter view. Thank you for your help.

You'll see a section called "Required Permissions for Working with Filters". It indicates to be able to specify that a filter should be shared requires being the sheet Owner or an Admin.
