Join columns from 1 match

I'm looking for some assistance :)

I've been trying to find the formula that alows me to join 3 columns value of the same line of the match. This is between 2 smartsheets.

I made a quick draw of it. I would appreciate any help :)

There are a few ways to do this. My suggestion would be to insert a helper column (that you can later hide) that will join the values on every single row. Then you can use an INDEX/MATCH to pull in the string.

=INDEX({First SHeet Helper Column}, MATCH(Job@row, {First SHeet Job Column}, 0))
