Tracking form responses
We have an MOU form that we are sending out to a large group of employees. When we send the MOU out, we would like a way to track if someone has filled it out. What is the best way to do this? I assume you can use two sheets and compare so when they fill out the MOU, it can run it by the master list and mark if they have completed the MOU? How would I be able to do this? I searched through the community posts but was having trouble finding a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
