Form leading to another one once filled

Hi, we are using a Form to onboard new people (address, name etc.). Recently, I created a new Form to onboard suppliers, and for some reason, it opens as the Supplier form, but once you fill it, it shows in the new people onboarding and I cannot see all details requested on the Supplier form.

I reacreated the Supplier form from scratch and the same thing happens. Not sure if anyone else had this issue? I am assuming the Form are connected in some way.

So do you have two different sheets? One for new employees and one for new suppliers? And each sheet has its own form?

And then you're seeing the new suppliers listed on the new employee sheet, but without some of the fields collected on the supplier form? Is it possible some columns are hidden?

Is it possible that there is some cell linking or formula lookups happening? Who owns the sheets - you or someone else in your org?

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your help, your mention of the sheets made me realise where my mistake was: I created two forms on the same sheet, hence the mix-up.

It works now :)
