How to update Metadata with new information on Intake sheet
Hi, I have an Intake sheet with a column Status, which is currently empty and not used for anything. I would like to use that column to indicate whether a project is active, on hold, or closed. That information should then feed through to the All Projects Summary sheet so that I can filter on the project status. But this doesn't work.
I can enter Closed in the status field in the Intake sheet. But the status field on the Metadata sheet doesn't update, and the status field on the All Projects Summary sheet doesn't either. How can I get the metadata sheet to update?
Does the data in the Metadata sheet only get updated when the project is first created from the Intake information?
Note that the Status is listed in Control Center as profile data.

Does your Status column in metadata was linked to a source sheet where it should get the value?

No. it's not linked to a source sheet, but then neither are the other cells in the Intake section of the Metadata/Metrics sheet, and those have the correct values in them. There must be an automated process during provisioning that populates the Metadata sheet from the Intake sheet. But does that only happen during provisioning? Thank you.
