Resource Management: Can you submit approval by project?

In RMS (Resource Management by Smartsheet), each resource can submit for approval with the assigned approver for each resource.

If we need to submit approval by project, can it be done?

For example: I am assigned to Project A and Project B. I will submit the hours I have put in for Project A and Project B. Project A hours need to be approved by Manager A, while Project B need to be approved by Manager B.

This is important as each Project Manager will have to manage their resources and expenses.

Are you facing this scenario too? How are you solving this?

At the moment, approvers can only be selectively be designated based on resources and not projects, when you have a moment, please let our Product team know about your feedback by filling in this form, here. Thank you!

Since all Resourcing Admins can approve time for resources, assigning this role to each approving manager would be the best approach in your case.
