How do I copy a row between workspaces?

I have two workspaces: 1) department-wide 2) my workspace. The owner of 1)department-wide is my supervisor. I am an admin in this workspace. My supervisor does not have access to my workspace (#2). I want to run a workflow that copies a row from a sheet in workspace #1 (department-wide) to a sheet in my workspace (#2). But, when I set-up my workflow in the sheet in workspace #1 (department-wide) my sheet in my workspace (#2) is not listed. Why? And how do I make this work? Thanks.

I am an admin on workspace #1 (department-wide) and I own workspace #2 (my workspace).
