Smartsheet link in zendesk panel not signing in.
My manager has added a link to SmartSheet file in Zendesk side panel. However, when I click it, it asks for sign in. When I try to Sign-in, nothing happens. Any pointer to what could be the reason? Please note two members in our team can access it while other two can't (including me).

If some members are able to sign in without an issue, but the "Sign in" button doesn't work for you, is it possible that this has something to do with your Browser configuration? For example, if your browser allows pop-ups or not?
My first check would be to see what browser type and version you're using compared to the two users who can log in successfully.
