Team can no longer add projects to their timesheets in Resource Management
Previously, my whole team could add an extra project onto their timesheets in Resource Management by clicking the plus button that reads "Report Time for Something Else" and searching by project name or number. All projects were searchable.
Well, now, that options still shows, and they can still click, but now when they search projects, the only projects that come up as results are projects that they worked on the previous week. If a new project needs to be added, or a project that they worked on as coverage for a sick coworker (and therefore are not officially added in SmartSheet as a contributor), the project will not be found in their search results.
This seems to have started a couple weeks ago, though they have only just told me about it. Does anyone know why this is, why it changed, or how to fix it?
