Form not auto-populating worksheet

Hi

When someone has submitted a form, they've received the confirmation that it has been submitted but it is not showing on the worksheet, so the follow-up workflows have therefore not been triggered. Could this just be delayed in reaching the worksheet, or is there an error I need to find either in the form or the worksheet?

I can see the question has been posed several times before, but the response has been to check the bottom of the sheet. I've done that and the submitted entry isn't showing (even checked filters).

Have you checked the Activity Log for clues? Can you see that it's been received?

i just logged a ticket that my form stopped working about an hour ago. might be a back end issue .
