Prevent previously transferred rows from being re-transferred when run Offload in Data Shuttle
Hi,
I have a Smartsheet being used for primary information intake for assets via a form. Each new asset is given a unique ID and when certain columns in this intake sheet are populated and reviewed, user can hit a checkbox marking the row for offload via Data Shuttle. The data moves to an Excel sheet attached to the Smartsheet, and upon attachment, it moves the information for each row to a main asset tracking Smartsheet. Is there anyway to automatically mark the asset rows in the primary intake sheet so they aren't repeatedly shuttled to the Excel file every time the workflow runs? I don't think the data is getting re-uploaded into the main asset tracker, but eventually the offloaded Excel attachment will be very large.
Thank you.

@Paul H In the Initial Intake sheet, there are several columns where formulas are running to clean up the raw info that was input. I only want to move columns that have the final info. I couldn't find a way to use "Move Row" with only select columns. I don't want to hide a bunch of columns on the main sheet.

You could use move row to clean up your primary intake sheet.
Once the row has gone through the Data Shuttle and appears on the main sheet, trigger a Move Row to a primary intake archive sheet. If you don't need to archive this info you can upload a blank excel for to wipe out the archive once a week.
