CC - Applying a group to a workspace via Control Center

Hello

I have an intake sheet where the Project Owner is given ADMIN permission level in the 'Customize Profile Data' screen in CC. The intake column is a contact list dropdown.

I have added an additional column to the intake called ' CE Team'. I want to also give these Users ADMIN access as above. When I replicate the above, the 'Permission' field doesn't appear below

Am I missing the obvious?!
