Document Builder epic slow

I just submitted a support request on this one but I wanted to know if others are having the same issues with Document Builder for the last 2 weeks or so.

When I select Generate Documents from a sheet, I see 2 spinning black dots for anywhere from 30secs to 2mins. I never used to get to even see those before because it'd take you instantly to your list of documents you can build. Then when I select a document to create (an already mapped one), it takes anywhere from 2mins-10+mins. Right now I'm sitting here for over 10mins waiting on the 2nd document to be built for a single row that I've been able to submit both a support ticket and this community posting and it still hasn't finished generating.

This is working for me again. From about 9-10AM PST it was almost unusable.
