Dynamic View and Updates

Hello,

I have one tracker where all requests are received and actioned. I have two dynamic views set up so that all internal employees can view the progress at any time and the other is client specific. Somehow, the client specific dynamic view is not updated with that client's latest submission and I don't understand why. The Internal DV displays the latest entry, yet the client's does not. Settings are similar, except that the client's is domain based login.

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to ensure that the latest entries to the main tracker are populated into the client specific DV. I am not linking to a sheet filter and don't plan to do this in the near future as I have over 40 clients and would need to automate 40 sheets..
