Requirement: I need to embed both a SmartSheet Project Plan and a Smartsheet sheet into a Confluence page so its dynamically displayed / updated.

You embed the Smartsheets via an iFrame using the "Publish - Embed Code" link.

@Michelle Valdes Do you mean that you must first publish these links in Smartsheet ?

Yes. For instance, Select "Read Only - Full", Select the Access Control Level, and then you use the "Embed Code" link provided for the iFrame in Confluence. You will then have to adjust the width and height to ensure it is rendering properly.
