I an in a Shared Google drive where we store Google sheets and .csv files for various Data Shuttle jobs where we import into Smartsheet. When I try to select my new .csv file in that google drive, the only files showing are Google sheets.
I'm not sure why the files sometimes don't show but often I will do an initial manual attachment of the file I want to datashuttle. Usually once that initial, manual attachment is made, the datashuttle setting windows recognize the pertinent information and allow me to proceed through the set up. Also, at my organization, I must physically be on my organization's network or vpn during a shuttle setup.
