System pausing Data Shuttle workflows
Hi Community,
There are a large proportion of Data Shuttle workflows that fail to successfully run many times, the top reason for this being that the associated user has left the organization or lost their access to the source or target file. After a workflow has consecutively failed 1,000 times we will automatically pause the workflow. For context, if a workflow is set to run every 15 minutes, this means the workflow will automatically be paused after 10 days. Users will see a dashboard that shows the affected workflows and have the opportunity to fix or remove the workflows that have been paused.
Data Shuttle is available for licensed users on the Business plan, Enterprise plan, and/or Advance Silver/Gold/Platinum users
