What does "up to 30 configurations" mean in Dynamic View?

Hello,

My company's account has the Dynamic View Add-On/Integration feature and our contract states that our Dynamic View feature has "up to 30 configurations".

My team is trying to understand what "up to 30 configurations" means in Dynamic View. We currently have more than 30 Dynamic Views that we have created, so it is not the individual views.

Could "up to 30 configurations" imply the different features of creating a view? Such as restricting views, being able to change the visible fields, allowing users to add comments, and adding shared domains, etc. I am assuming this means just creating the overall Dynamic View and it has up to 30 configuration options.

Any other ideas? Thank you!

@DesireeJones If you have Smartsheet Advanced then they will allow you to create more than 30, but they will upgrade you to another level when it comes time to renew. I would suggest reaching out to your account rep to verify.

My understanding is that each unique view counts as one configuration, and I guess that if you're using more, you'll get upgraded at the next renewal.

To clarify. I'm not sure that is the case for you, so I agree with Paul it's best to check with your rep, and if you have Advance, it's unlimited.

@Andrée Starå You're right. I had it mixed up. I was thinking that there were different amounts based on Silver/Gold/Platinum, but it is when you get it as a stand-alone. It has been a long week. Haha.

If nothing has changed and I haven't heard anything, there are still no limits on Advance for Dynamic View and similar.

Where did you hear about that limit?
