Is it possible to send ONLY an attachment as an alert?

Hello,
Is it possible to send only an attachment as an alert WITHOUT the link to the sheet?
I need to send them the file but do not want them to see or have access to the sheet at all.
Please help, thanks!

As per my understanding Attachments cannot be sent as an alert as of now.
whereas you can send the fields detail in email body, but it will contain the link of the sheet. you don't need to give the user access to the sheet.
