Enable/Disable automation workflows across multiple sheets

My use case: I attended the PM workshop at ENGAGE where a lot of sheets had Automation workflows set up. I would wake up to about 20 unread emails because of these workflows. The only way to stop the email was to individually disable each workflow in all of the sheets.
This feature would also be useful if I am looking to setup sample sheets for my team and they want to enable/disable multiple workflows

I have the same issue. Tons of emails regarding long-retired projects with automated workflows. Is there a way to view all automated workflows across my entire user group and disable them without opening dozens of old sheets?
