It would be helpful if somewhere on a form it included the link or at least name of sheet it is connected to.
Our team is currently having an issue finding which sheet a form is connected to. Granted, this is an odd problem because we typically know this info. However, we receive requests from multiple departments that include Smartsheet items we did not create or do not already have access to.
With our current scenario, a request was submitted to potentially consolidate or rename multiple forms. We're familiar with all but 1. The requestor is not sure which sheet the form is connected to because they have only ever used the form themselves. It would save time asking multiple people if the sheet name was on the form.
Could you, for now anyway, set an internal standard that a generic Header/Description element be added to the bottom of each form, with the sheet name and/or link be placed in the Description (and the Header be empty)?
Can functionality be added so that you can add a Sheet Name to the form or Project Detail/Summary information on a form Header. We have several forms linked to projects (time tracking, Out of office, Post Go live Issue Log) where it would be helpful to know which project they went to when getting a copy of responses emailed to the submitter.
