How to use Contract Manager when there's one contract and multiple parties.

Hello, I am using the contract manager templates to track contracts for services provided to our client's locations (can be one or several). Is there a way - through the setup form - to add each location as a sub field (or row) where we can check off tasks completed for each location/each month?

Thanks.

    Hi @BWheel

I hope you're well and safe!

This might help. You could maybe adapt my method described below.

    • I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!

I ended up doing the two sheets as you suggested and creating a hyperlink between the two. When we get a new or changed contract, we will have to pop into the sub sheet and update the locations manually. I'm thinking of adding a workflow task to make sure the subsheet is updated each time.

    Thanks for your response!
