Smartsheet Outlook Integration Error
Hello all. I am attempting to use the Outlook integration to add a new row to a sheet. However, I am bumping into the following error:
Updating a cell in a column formula is not supported. columnId : 5669637140572036
My hunch is that it is referencing the checkbox column I have, which includes a column formula. First, what does this error mean? And secondly, how can I resolve it?
Thanks!

Hi @Andrew R.
When you're adding the new row to the sheet via the Outlook integration, are you updating the checkbox field at all?
Columns with a Column Formula applied are essentially "locked", meaning you won't be able to manually update any of the cells in that column.
I will note that I've seen this error before when there's a Column Formula in the Primary Column, even if you aren't making a change to that field. If this may be the case, I would recommend using a regular Text/Number column to house that formula and keep your Primary Column plain text.
Let me know if this helped!
Cheers,
Genevieve
