Create contract using several rows?

Hi

I have integrated DocuSign with Smartsheet in order to autogenerate contracts. This works just fine when I create a freelance contract using a single row for a single event.

Optimally I would also like to create a contract that covers multiple events (different dates, venue addresses and rates) across an entire year, using several rows with this information typed in.

Is it possible to do such a thing?

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Create a helper row or sheet with all the information collected on one row and then use it for DocuSign.

I tried to figure out what a helper row is, but cant seem to find any information. Can you link to an article that explains how to use it?

A helper row is what I call a row used to help with a workaround.

We'd use it to collect the information together on one row to use it with DocuSign.
