Content Sized to Widget Box

The chart inside the widget field is not scaling to the field and condenses some aspects of the chart if I bring the field boundaries in, but will not expand larger than seen below. The "scale data" selection in the horizontal axis is grayed out, I cannot select it. And changing the font sizes does not expand the overall graph axes to accommodate, it just squishes/overlays the text labels so they become illegible. What's going on here?

I would start by deleting the widget and then recreating it from scratch. If that doesn't work, you may need to recreate the entire dashboard from scratch. If that still doesn't work then you will need to reach out to Support as it looks like you are experiencing some kind of bug. I personally have never had that issue before.
