Tracking expenses for Managed Resources


Hello all!

I am fairly new to this portion of the Smartsheet fam. We recently adopted Resource Management, which I'm overall fairly happy with, but am trying to figure out how to track expenses for managed resources. Is this possible? I, for example, want to go into Joe Bob's profile and put hotel expenses while he is working on these particular projects. Is that possible or only for the resources that have licenses?
