Is there a way to send links to attachments on just the 1st row through automated workflows?

I have an Alert Someone workflow which sends a mail with an attachment when a check box is checked in each row. This attachment is the same file.

There are thousands of rows, hence adding this file as a row attachment to each row would be very difficult. Is there a way to send this file attached to the 1st row of the sheet when the automation is triggered on any row?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Include row one in the Workflow
• Add the attachment to an online location instead and include the link
