Hi all,

Are there any way to sync. files stored in projects locally automatically? I am a bit concerned about having asynchrony between files loaded into the projects compared to files I have stores locally on network drives etc.

I am fearing losing track of where the newest version of a files exists perhaps.

How is this best managed?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Using an online storage service like Dropbox, Onedrive, and similar.

Thanks a lot Andrée.

I am still in a trial period evaluating Smartsheet so I can't test all functions.

I see there is a possibility to integrate with OneDrive. Do you (or someone else :-)) know this is working? Is it possible to link to a file at OneDrive instead of actually attaching it to the sheet? So editing the OneDrive file would "automatically" update the file in the sheet?
