Pivot App - Issue adding move rows

Trying to add more rows to a pivot I already have working and get errors. I can see the sheet updating but it just stops updating so far down the sheet. Below circled is the new row I've added:

I've tested this same set-up and did not receive any errors; the hierarchy was created first based on Customer Name then with the Doc # rows beneath it.

Can you post a screen capture of the error message you're seeing?

If you're seeing incorrect results and the information is sensitive, you may want to reach out to Smartsheet Support instead, with a full screen recording showing your Pivot set up, source sheet, and destination sheet, providing them with the URLs as well. They'll be able to review this with you privately.
