Improving the "Convert to Proof" feature to not distort attachments

Submitting this at the request of my Smartsheet Support contact.

Our team uses Smartsheet for a brand materials review process. We’ve noticed that when we convert submitted attachments to proofs in Smartsheet, the proofs often distort design elements from the original.

Here is an example. This bug really causes issues with our review process because some of the specific ways it skews the original documents are items that we would call out for going against brand standards (font weights, misuse of gradients, etc.) I have experienced it with PDF files, but it’s been most prevalent in PPT.
