Rows not nesting?

When creating indented subtask rows on a Smartsheet grid, has anyone had them not actually nest? Am I missing something? If i log out and back in again they'll nest but then after a few minutes the problem returns.

Resolved. There were rows hidden from view with a filter, thus the subtask rows were being added beneath the hidden row and no the intended row.

It's odd, where if i delete the Parent row and start anew, it'll sometimes start work again. It's an odd bug.
