Publishing Gantt Chart
We have a Gantt Chart, we have many columns for various items and the standard Start/Finish/%Complete.......
We don't want to share the sheet with a lot of people they don't need all those extra columns, we really just want to show them the Primary/Task Column and the the Gantt Timeline that is it.
Is there a way to publish only portions (like the ability that exists to select only some columns when printing) or do we need to print to PDF and email it around as the only solution?

Hi. Sounds like a classic use case for reports. - Check this article or this one for some quick overviews of what reports are capable of. Let me know if you need anything else.
Personally I have a checkbox for summary/key actions - that I want to report to management without giving too granular detail - and just run a report to pull those checked items.
