One of the users mistakenly unsubscribed from the workflow email notification, how can they be subscribed again to this particular workflow?
Unfortunately, I think they have to be added manually to the Workflow again.

I agree and that would be a great addition to Smartsheet features.
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Just clone the existing workflow and delete the old one.
That's it! You will start receiving the notifications again.
