Why doesn't the Salesforce Opportunity Next Step field not sync?

Hi David,
I did a quick test on one of my workflows and the "Next Step" field seems to sync without issue. I'm not sure if this might be a different field type in your environment, but in mine this looks to be a standard text field. If you continue having issues with it I'd suggest writing into Smartsheet Support so they can investigate.

Thanks very much for the quick response, Nathan. I've tried everything I can think of: re-creating the workflow rule, confirming that there is data in the field in Salesforce, checking that the field type is Number/Text in the Smartsheet, refreshing, etc.
I'll submit a ticket to Support. Thanks for the link.
