Chinese Characters Missing for 'Generate Documents' PDF
Hi all,
Has anyone faced issues with Chinese characters missing after mapping from smartsheet row to PDF using the 'Generate Documents' feature? We're seeing this issue only for Chinese characters and not for the default English.
Any tips/ walkarounds will be much appreciated!

Hey @Jen Chen ,
We are aware of this behavior but at this time there are no solutions to prevent this from happening. Our developers are actively working on including Chinese Character Support for Document Builder. There is no estimated date/time as to when this is released but once the update has been pushed, it will be posted within our Release Notes page. I recommend Subscribing to our Release Notes here so you may be automatically notified about recently released product capabilities and enhancements via email.

When the filed is combined with Chinese characters and English characters or numbers, Chinese characters will be missing when generate the document. Can you fix this? Thank you.

Please report this to the Support team by providing them with full screen captures of what you're describing, including attaching the fillable PDF you're using as well.
