Workaround for add more than one email in the "Send me a copy of my responses" field
I have seen few questions about how to be able to add more than one email in the "Send me a copy of my responses" field. As far as I understood it, currently, you can't do it but there is a way around it:
As a possible workaround, you could deactivate it, and add another column and so-called helper columns to parse the contacts. You could also add multiple fields in the form instead.
Could someone please let me know how to do this? Thank you!

I believe the comment you've quoted is talking about adding additional Contact Columns to your sheet in order to have multiple Contact selections available in the Form:
Then you can set up an Alert workflow to email those selected contacts when a New Row is submitted. See: Alerts & Reminders
