I am looking to have someone reply back to the person who made the request
It sounds to me that you maybe could use an update request instead for this.

Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45.
