Apply logic to document upload in Form
I would like a feature where the "logic" pathways can be applied to the Document Upload field in a form. For example, when you upload a document, the logic allows additional questions/texts to become visible. Essentially certain aspects of a Form would only become visible after a document is uploaded.

Smartsheet Form Hyperlinks opening in a new tab
Ability for hyperlinks to open in a new tab in Smartsheet forms so entered information is not cleared. If the hyperlink is not in the form description section (embedded in a field help text) it will clear out all of the information in the form.
