Smartsheet Form
Hi all, I've set up a new smartsheet with a form, the form isnt populating the sheet. The data is not appearing at the end of the rows, there is not conditional formatting to cause any 'invisible' data. The settings (screenshot attached) all seem fine. Any suggestions?

QR code directing to Smartsheet form intermittently not directing to Smartsheet form
