Request Goes to Spam

Can we update any settings to ensure that a request to fill out a form sent to clients does not go to their spam folder?

    As a former Network Administrator this sound like something on the email account or server side more than on the Smartsheet side. You or someone might want to add *.smartsheet.com to the company's trusted/safe sender's list.
